I found this frame at Target for $7 and knew I could make it into something pretty. I chose a wood grain paper as my background and splattered it with gold colour shine. I then started layering flowers from my stash at the top and bottom. I cut some leaves from my Silhouette and added randomly in the flowers. Finally I used the open alpha cut file from the Cut Shoppe and created my title Bloom. And there you have it a pretty piece for my craft room.
