So love this collection by Crate Paper. I have used a Silhouette cut file to create the geo heart and paper pieced using two papers, a small floral and bird paper. I have layered my embellishments and sewn randomly on the page to add texture.
This is my last week show casing Simple Stories Carpe Diem collection. I have created a layout and with my left overs some project life cards. Head over to the blog for close up photos and a full product list.
Love this new collection by Carta Bella (the girl collection is just as lovely) and so I went back and found some beautiful baby photos. I have used my silhouette to create the heart clusters. This collection is available at All About Scrapbooks.
I just love this new collection and it is so versatile! The last layout I created using this collection I went totally boy so this time around I have gone totally girly! With the help of this Silhouette floral cut file I love how this turned out. My tip for the day, when creating a background that is 'busy' or multicoloured ensure you frame your photo so it does not get lost! Thanks for stopping by for a look x
Today it is all about a boy! Using the fab Carpe Diem collection by Simple Stories I have created a fun boy layout. I have used 2Crafty chipboard triangle set on my background paper. For all the details, close up photos and product list head over to the blog.
I have used Crate Paper Shine collection to create this layout. I am not a fan of birthday photos and rarely scrapped them until I came up with this idea, one photo holding their age. This way I scrap the event and as the years pass on you can look back and see how much they grow from year to year.
I am a huge fan of Crate Paper and to be honest it is embarrassing how many pizza boxes I have full of their product. I was lucky to be able to get my hands on the new collection Bloom (no mean feat in Australia). The two layouts of my daughter are using the beautiful floral collection bloom. This week has been all about Crate Paper and I have two more layouts in progress using Bloom, I am sure getting my monies worth!
This week I am sharing a layout using the lovely and so versatile collection by Simple Stories, Carpe Diem. I am a huge fan of dark florals and this colour combination of pink, teal with a touch of yellow. Head over to the blog for more photos and full product list.
The first April challenge is up on the blog today and it is a sketch. I rarely create multi photo layouts so I enjoyed this challenge. This new collection by Amy Tangerine, Better Together is just gorgeous. I kept true to the sketch but wanted it to be a 'fun' layout to match with the photos of my boys. I will add my journalling later. Head over to the blog to see all the other amazing DT layouts. I hope you will play along and I can't wait to see what you all create.
I have used the beautiful collection Belle Vie again by Photo Play to create two layouts this week. I just love the vintage look of this collection. For full reveal, close up photos and full product list head over to the blog:
You can head over to the store for all product needed for this layout ad more.
