I am a huge of Shimelle and this collection, Starshine is no exception. Head over to the All About Scrapbooks blog to see all photos, process and full product list.
I had so many gorgeous left overs from the DT kit, Jellybean Soup Mushroom Medley that I couldn't throw them out. I used the mini placements to make gift tags and two cards, how cute are they!

There is a new challenge up on the blog now and it is a recipe challenge and here are the ingredients:
Here is my take on the challenge (I did cheat and used sequins instead of enamel dots).

Belonging to several design teams and currently attempting to get ahead in preparation for a trip to Europe trapping 'just because' has been limited of late. Here I have created a layout using the gorgeous collection Fancy Free by Pink Paisley. I have used this very stunning cut file from The Cut Shoppe. I do love creating pretty layout such as this.
Loved this months challenge, jig saw pieces and here is my take on the current challenge. I have used a cut file from the Silhouette design store and Pink Paislee Fancy Free collection. Head over to their blog for all details and challenge rules. Also the DT layouts are amazing.
Despite the current exchange rate and despite the significant postage cost I finally signed up for the American kit company, Hip Kit club because they just looked gorgeous in every way. Finally I had two kits arrive on Thursday here in Perth and they are better in real life! Love the papers, the embellishments and the exclusives. Each month there are exclusive digital cut files which sold me being a huge fan of cut files that add that 'something' to your layouts! Here is a layout I created on the week end at a scrapbooking retreat using the May kit.
I would highly recommend this club and here is the link if you would like more information.
This new collection is super cute but I wanted to show that you can create a layout that was not limiting to just 'cute' photos. For how I created this layout, close up photos and full product list head over to the All About Scrapbooks blog. Thank you for stopping by today x
A new challenge is up now and it is a fab sketch. I have used Coco Vanilla Studio Free Spirit collection and a floral/butterfly wreath cut file from the Silhouette design store. Head over to the blog to see all the DT layouts which are amazing.
So excited to be apart of the new design team at Challenge YOUself. I love the concept of being 'in' the challenge layouts, too often we do not feature in our layouts so this is an excellent way of ensuring at least once a month you are in one of your layouts. Head over to the blog for announcement details and more about this challenge blog.
So looking forward to sharing my layouts with you.
