If you love baby collections Paper Productions have the sweetest collection out right now called Hello Baby and there is a boy and girl collection. Having four babies I needed both of course!!!! Here are two layouts I have created and I was more than flattered to have @paperhouseproductions repost them on their Instagram account.
On the baby girl layout I have added a floral cut file and on the baby boy layout I have used a 12x12 heart cut file and then a geometric circle cut file which I filled with gorgeous co ordinating stickers and puffy sticker embellishments. This fortnight there is a sketch challenge (which I created so I hope you like it!). I have used Photo Play Paper Rhapsody collection to create my DT layout. Instead of using my usual white base paper I have used a wood grain paper as a contrast. I have used a cut file from the Silhouette Design store and layered from there. These colours are just stunning. Please head over to the blog for all the details and to see the other gorgeous DT layouts.
www.thestudiochallenges.blogspot.com.au If you haven't got your hands on the latest collection by Kaisercraft Indigo Skies then you need to as it is simply beautiful. I have created two layouts for the April Kaisercraft blog challenge using Indigo Skies. I have added cut files to both my layouts (because I am addicted to them lol!). The Heart Explosion cut file is from the JustNick shop and the butterfly cut file (Spread your Wings) is from The Cut Shoppe. The florals and butterflies and shades of blue are my favourite combination right now. Below is the mood board, link to the Kaisercraft blog and my layouts. Thank you for stopping by today x
www.kaisercraft.com.au Another month and another fabulous sketch!!!!! I think the possibilities are endless with this sketch. Having The Cut Shoppe cut files only adds to the possibilities! I have used Shimelle's new collection Little by Little which is just beautiful! I have used the following cut files from The Cut Shoppe: Spring Fling Picture Perfect The Cozy Quilt As you can see I have layered upon layered on this layout for maximum effect. I love adding sewing to my layouts to add texture and have done so around my three squares. I add some paper pieces behind the Cozy Quilt cut file before attaching. I added sparingly as I did not want my layout to get too busy especially as each square has a lot of details. I have used a picture frame from the Picture Perfect cut files to create my title. I really enjoyed creating this layout and adding three cut files to one layout! Thank you for stopping by today and I look forward to seeing all your creations using this sketch! Please join Creative Scrappers on Instagram @creativescrappers and use hashtag #creatingwithsketches to show us what you have created! To see more of my creations you can visit me on Instagram @rachellowe____ or at my blog: www.inmyworld-scrapbookingourjourney.com My mother being British has always drank tea (of course) and when my daughter was born she was fed tea from a very young age. My mother and daughter make having tea a bit of a ritual and drink cup after cup after cup! I am the odd one out as I only drink coffee. So when I saw this collection I knew I wanted to create a layout with my mother and daughter and journal this tea bond they share. I found the most beautiful tea pot cut file from the Silhouette Design store.
This month we have a new challenge for you and it is a word challenge. The word is INSPIRE and from there it is up to YOU! I created a layout using Simple Stories Reset Girl and mine was a message to me 'You got this" and 'be inspired every day'. Please head over to the blog to see all the other gorgeous DT layouts and for all the details you need to enter. www.challengeyourself.blogspot.com.au We do hope you will join us and I can't wait to see what you create! Today I have two layouts I created using Make Your Mark by Bella BLVD.
Oh how pretty are the papers and blooms! I added a floral cut file behind my tag and blooms to soften. The alphas are from American Crafts and the butterfly is from Crate Paper Chasing Dreams collection. This being my third layout I had little left of the collection but what I did have I knew I had to create a boy layout. I have cut strips from the border paper and used the blue/green embellishments to co ordinate. My title (Wonderful You) is from the Silhouette Design store. Thank you for stopping by today! This collection is just stunning and a little different from the current trends. I lobe the bohemia look. I have created two DT layouts which you will see through the month of April. I have used what was left over to create this simple layout. I have used a cut file file from the Silhouette Design store (Simple Stories Scallop Heart). I adore this photo of my daughter and wanted to keep my layout clean and simple so not to distract from the photo.
Here is the first challenge of the month of April from Colorful Creations challenge blog and it is all about YOU. The challenge is to create a layout of the you! Here is my DT layout, mine is about turning another year older but instead of being gloomy about it celebrating I am blessed. The heart cut file is from the Silhouette Design store. I have used Dear Lizzy Fine and Dandy collection. Head over to the blog for all the details and to see all the other fabulous DT layouts.
www.ourcolorfulcreations.blogspot.com.au What a great theme, a boy helping his dad! In my photo my youngest is mowing the lawns copying his daddy, now I can't get him to put a dish away lol! I have used a background cut file from The Cut Shoppe and my title is from the Silhouette Design store. I have used Hardy Hodgepodge by Jillibean Soup. We so hope you will join us and head over to the blog for all the details and to see all the other amazing DT layouts.
